Helping the Pastor and Deacon Council to conduct the
business affairs of Westside Baptist Church decently and in order is
Church Administrator, Freddie B. Jackson.
Brother Freddie Jackson accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as
his personal Savior in 1977 while in Junior High School in Beaumont,
Texas. He is a graduate of Lamar University, Beaumont. He has over 16
years of experience in the information technology field and is currently
employed full-time by a leading home mortgage company.
Brother Jackson accepted the call to serve as a Deacon in
1993 at Sweet Home Baptist Church in Round Rock, Texas, under by Dr.
Ronald Byrd. Deacon Jackson united with Westside in September 1995 and
soon after assumed the responsibility as an Adult Sunday School Teacher.
In March of 1997, he became Church Administrator
/Treasurer and later that year, accepted the call to serve as a Deacon
for Westside Baptist Church.
As Church Administrator, Deacon Jackson is
responsible for oversight of several ministries, including church
administration, finance, member services, security/safety, childcare and
food service. His greatest enjoyment is serving God and his family.
