A Texas Native, born into a family of seven biological brothers and sisters, and seven half brothers and sisters. Accepted Jesus at the age of six years old. Taught her first Bible Study in the Sixth grade. Fulfilled a life long dream when she was able to do graduate studies at Southwestern Theological Seminary, in which she recently graduated in December of 2002, with a dual masters in Christian Education, and Christian Counseling. Ms. Spencer has worked with youth and children for over twenty-five years. She began as junior counselor for YoungLife, where she went on to serve for ten years in Fort Worth, Texas. She served as Youth director for thirteen years for the Church at Philadelphia. She served on the Board for Youth Encouraging Salvation for two years. She has taught at Westside in the Children, Youth, and Women Bible Studies for the last six years. She is presently serving as full time children's minister here at Westside Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Kenneth Blake.
